Social Media and Human Rights

I presented two papers at the 2014 International Communication Association's conference in Seattle.

The first was 'The Use of Social Media Information at Advocacy Organizations: The Evidence Model Versus the Engagement Model' on a panel entitled 'Spaces of Contestation: Information, the Press, Advocacy, and Elites' in the Philosophy, Theory and Critique section.

The second was 'The Influence of Editorial Lines on Human Rights Reporting at Mexican Newspapers' on a panel called 'Journalism and its Communities' in the Journalism Studies Division.
